Assessment draft: northstone-estimate-draft-v1 in local storage restores form details on the same device. It is removed after a successful submission or can be removed through browser settings.

Campaign attribution: ck-first-touch in local storage remembers allowed campaign parameters so the workshop can understand how an enquiry started.

Duplicate event protection: session storage remembers that a successful lead event was already counted during the current browser session.

Optional analytics and advertising

When configured and consented, Google Analytics 4 may measure visits and interactions. Google Ads and Meta Pixel may measure advertising performance. The implementation controls analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. Names, phone numbers, emails, registrations, repair descriptions, claim references and private upload URLs are excluded from analytics event parameters.

These providers can set or read their own identifiers and may process data outside the UK under their published terms. Before approving this policy, the owner must verify which provider IDs are active, their current cookie names, durations, recipients and international-transfer safeguards.

Duration

Analytics and advertising: The retention period has not yet been confirmed. The owner must publish a period or clear deletion criterion before approving this page.

Local and session storage remains until the code removes it, the browser session ends, or the visitor clears site data. The owner must confirm a specific operational retention rule before approving this page.

Change or withdraw your choice

Select Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Rejecting optional storage does not stop the essential form, security or staff-login functions. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser; doing so may remove a saved assessment draft and require you to choose again.
