These terms govern use of this website and its enquiry and assessment tools. They do not replace the specific estimate, work authorisation or other terms agreed with you if the workshop accepts repair work.
Website information and enquiries
Service descriptions, examples and general guidance help you decide whether to contact us. They are not a diagnosis, offer, guaranteed price or promise that a vehicle is safe to drive. Tell us if the vehicle may be unsafe and seek urgent professional or emergency help where appropriate.
Submitting a form, photographs or a preferred assessment time is a request for contact. It does not oblige you to buy services, reserve workshop capacity or create a repair contract. We may ask for more information or an in-person inspection before deciding whether we can help.
Estimates, assessments and repair contracts
A photo-led indication can change when damage is dismantled, inspected or diagnosed. Before work begins, the workshop should confirm the agreed scope, price or pricing basis, timing and any material assumptions. Additional work requires a further agreement unless immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety and the law permits it.
Assessment and completion dates must be described honestly. A provisional time is not confirmed until the workshop accepts it. If timing changes, the workshop and customer should communicate promptly and agree a fair next step.
Your responsibilities
Please provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, tell us about relevant warning lights or safety risks, and ensure you are authorised to request work on the vehicle. Do not upload unlawful material or photographs unrelated to the vehicle enquiry.
Consumer rights, cancellation and complaints
Nothing on this site removes rights you have under UK consumer law, including the right for services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. Any cancellation rights, deposits or charges depend on the contract actually agreed and the circumstances in which it was made; important terms must be given clearly before you are bound.
Raise concerns with the workshop promptly using the verified contact details above so there is a fair opportunity to investigate and put matters right. These website terms do not impose an artificial deadline that removes a legal right.
Liability
